Recipe of the Month

No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

This recipe can be found at sallysbakingaddiction.com. I also spied it on Facebook coming from my friend, Louise Flint, and my cousin Linda Campbell.
Ingredients:
1 cup salted butter (melted)
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup brown sugar
1-3/4 cups powdered sugar
1 cup peanut butter
½ tsp. vanilla
1 (11 oz.) bag milk chocolate chips
Directions:
In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients except for the chocolate chips.
Pour this peanut butter mix into a 9x13 pan.
Melt chocolate in the microwave at 50% for 1-2 minutes.
Stir the chocolate and pour over the peanut butter mix. Spread chocolate with a spatula to even it out. Tap the pan on the counter.
Refrigerate for one hour. Cut while still cool.
