Recipe of the Month



I know I have posted recipes for rhubarb pie before but since it’s my favorite pie, I am always looking for new recipes for it. Here’s one from Mary Hazel Farnham, a friend of one of my Facebook friends, Robin Robinson. Let me know if you make it and how it comes out and save me a piece, please.

 Rhubarb Custard Pie

11/4 cup sugar

2 eggs beaten

2 cups finely cut rhubarb

2 tablespoons flour

Mix together and put into a 9” crust pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
